Assassination and Attempted Assassination in Śūla Daśā: Part Two
From MLK to Rushdie: Vedic astrology case studies in karmic timing, near-death, and delayed destiny
I recently published a post on the research I’ve conducted on assassination from the perspective of Vedic astrology. In the post, I went through basics for how to see the circumstances of death in a chart, as well as one of the methods for timing; in this case, the longevity timing technique called Śūla Daśā.
Śūla Daśā is a timing technique used to identify periods of suffering or danger. It doesn’t follow the usual planetary cycles, but instead highlights specific houses and planets linked to harm. These case studies explore how key points come together to mark moments of karmic rupture – whether violent, sudden, or quietly fated.
If you haven’t read the post yet, check it out first as I won’t be going over the basic details in this one.
The Astrology of Assassination – Theory and Technique
Vedic astrology research on assassination of public figures
In this paid post, I examine four high-profile charts where Śūla Daśā reveals the karmic logic behind assassination—or its near miss:
Martin Luther King Jr. — how this technique precisely describes the place of his death
Empress Elisabeth of Austria (Sissi) — and the eerie symbolism of Rāhu in her shocking, impersonal killing
Adolf Hitler — why multiple assassination attempts failed, and how Jupiter’s protection held
Salman Rushdie — a karmic pursuit decades in the making, and why it still didn’t end in death
Later this month, I’ll also release a separate post on Donald Trump’s assassination attempt in 2024 and what Śūla Daśā shows about what’s still to come.
